What We Do

Real Estate is a great way to build wealth and time and time again Real Estate has proven to be one of the best investments to have. One of the reasons why Real Estate is such a great investment is that you can buy a property with a small amount of down payment, mortgage the balance and have a tenant pay the rent (which is used to pay your mortgage). Eventually your building is paid and this building will continue to provide income long into your retirement and allow you to pass this wealth onto your family should you chose to do so. This is all fine and good if you are fortunate to have a fantastic tenant and there are no issues with the building. 

Where things can go terribly wrong is in the management of the building which involves: 

1.    1.  Finding a suitable tenant that will take care of the building and pay their rents;  

2.    2.  Dealing with problems tenants including evictions;  

3.    3.  Maintaining the building in timely and good condition to attract and keep good tenants; 

4.    4.  Maintaining the building so that your investment is protected; 

5.    5.  Keeping up to date with the laws governing landlord and tenant laws;  

6.    6.  Paying attention to the little details.  

Solid Management can either make or break an investment portfolio as many investors mean well but either lack the time needed or the skill to effectively deal with investment properties.   Many people are simply too busy in their real lives to handle investment properties and the inconvenience of dealing with tenant problems and complaints.

We have full time Property Managers and service people so when the call comes on a Sunday evening that the toilet is leaking we would be taking these calls not you. We collect all the rents, pay all the bills and simply provide you with monthly statements as to the status of the building which you can use to file your tax returns.
